Welcome!

🔷SAMUEL T. REDDY  is a Mauritius-born British Army veteran, leadership coach, and impact entrepreneur who specialises in career transitions for veterans and mid-career professionals, particularly those from Commonwealth backgrounds. He is a multi‑award‑winning British Ex-Forces leader, 4X author on sustainable leadership, creator of the Leaders Operating System and SOLDIERHOOD, and serves as Board Chair of Civil Military Relations, where he focuses on sustainability leadership and veteran integration.

Samuel began his journey in Mauritius and later served in the British Army as a Fusilier, Mover, and Army Linguist before transitioning into civilian life. Since leaving full-time service, he has successfully built 11 careers across 6 industries, working in local government, the corporate sector, and the third sector, which has shaped his practical understanding of leadership transition and organisational change.

He is the founder and CEO of Leavers to Leaders (LTL) Institute, an accredited leadership and career transition organisation that partners with universities and business schools across the UK, Asia, and Africa to develop mid-career and ex-military leaders who are relevant, highly valuable, and impactful across government, business, and the non-profit sector. In addition to Leavers to Leaders, he has founded or led initiatives such as SOLDIERHOOD, Op Belonging, UK Veterans From The Commonwealth (UKVC), Fair Service Partnership (FSP), TriExForces, and Commonwealth Hubs, all aimed at improving veteran integration, belonging, and sustainable career pathways for international and Commonwealth citizens.

As a scholar and adjunct associate professor in Sustainability Leadership, Samuel combines academic insight with practitioner experience, positioning himself as a leading authority on sustainability leadership and career transition for international and Commonwealth leaders. He is the bestselling author of four books on career strategy and sustainable leadership—including “Leavers to Leaders” and “OP: BELONGING”—and frequently appears in British military publications and on BBC and BFBS to discuss leadership, transition, identity, and belonging.

A dual UK–Mauritian citizen who speaks three languages, Samuel leverages his Commonwealth perspective to connect leaders across cultures and to champion inclusion, belonging, and opportunity for foreign and Commonwealth personnel and their families. Through his various enterprises and social impact initiatives, he continues to develop relevant, rigorous, and responsive leaders, ensuring that people, places, and society can prosper in what he describes as extraordinary times. Together with his former military team, he is committed to improving the English literacy of underprivileged children in Commonwealth countries through TheSugarcaneBoy.com Bookclubs, which he founded with his wife and three daughters.
