🔷SAMUEL T. REDDY is an authority in career transition and leadership development for International and Commonwealth citizens. He is the CEO of the Leavers to Leaders Academy (LTL Academy), an accredited training and development organization that partners with universities and business schools across the UK, Asia, and Africa.

He is the acclaimed author of the bestselling book ‘LEAVERS TO LEADERS’ and a doctoral candidate in leadership transition. He is also an associate faculty member and visiting lecturer on career strategy, sharing his expertise with aspiring leaders. As a strategic consultant, he works with numerous companies in the UK and abroad who are now using his accelerator programme ‘Leavers to Leaders’ to enable their people and teams to transition into better roles so people, places, and the planet can prosper.

Samuel brings a unique perspective to his work with a Commonwealth background from Mauritius and experience in the British Military, local government, corporate sector, and the third sector. He speaks three languages, which has helped him forge deeper relationships with communities of different cultures and ethnicities. Reddy is also a bestselling author of three books on career strategy and leadership development, and an inspirational keynote speaker and mentor for high-caliber military and corporate leaders worldwide.
