Every new event, good or ill, is an opportunity to lead — you should be excited to engage in open, positive and constructive dialogue regardless of the outcome. Some mistakes can be costly, but a missed opportunity for growth and exploration could be even costlier.
Sure, there may be more opportunities in an expanding economy, but the competition is tough and the process of finding the right opportunity can be extremely difficult, especially with four generations in the workplace.
