During my meeting with the Mayor of Southampton Cllr Stephen Barnes-Andrews & the leader of the conservative party Cllr Daniel Fitzhenry yesterday two very interesting questions popped into my head:
1. How did you come to be here? And I think we all need to pause and have a think on that from time to time.
2. The other question is if you could do anything, what would it be? I think anyone in a career transition should also pause and answer this question.
11 years ago I answered these two questions when the Mayor presented me with my British citizenship (picture right) and they have helped me find my way back to his office.
