TriExForces, the UK’s only Leadership and Career company delivering the Leavers To Leaders accelerator, is delighted to announce that its founder Samuel T. Reddy has recently been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2020 British Ex-Forces in Business Awards in the inspiration of the Year category.
The British Ex-Forces in Business Awards is the world’s largest celebration of military veterans in second careers. The annual programme and event uncovers the achievements of ex-military, presenting them as important role models for current and future service leavers. The awards highlight the military-gained skills and values that have helped enable their second career success and recognise the organisations that have supported them.

They received over 500 amazing nominations for this year’s awards, a record number, so making it onto the shortlist as a finalist is a fantastic news for Samuel and the unique service he helped set up almost 6 years ago as founder of TriExForces in 2014.
